As for this week's chat, the great thing about All Programmable Planet is that everyone has so much input and such interesting ideas that someone will set a conversational ball rolling, and everyone else will race around adding different thoughts and perspectives.
The chat -- which is similar to using an IM (instant messaging) system, but which actually employs your Web browser -- will commence at 12:00 noon my time (Central Time), which is 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time, 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, and 6:00 p.m. UTC/GMT in Sheffield, England, where my dear old mom hangs her hat.
